Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

All orders are shipped USPS First Class mail from New York City, NY, USA for a flat rate of $5.00 per order. This includes international orders.

I ship all portraits in a cardboard backed flat mailer to protect against damages.

Currently all portraits are shipped unframed. I may add frames to my inventory in the future

Shipping time may vary depending on where you live, but I do my best to ensure timely delivery of all orders. If you have special shipping requests, please Contact Me and I will do my best to accommodate.

Returns:

All sales are final and I do not offer refunds. However, if your item becomes lost or damaged beyond your control (such as via shipping or natural disasters) I will do my best to accommodate by either replacing your item or giving you a credit for another purchase.

Please read product descriptions carefully before you make your purchase to ensure satisfaction.

About the Artist

Amanda Webster is an accomplished graphic artist having spent nearly 10 years in the industry. She studied both Art and Psychology at a small private college in Minnesota. She has spent her whole life creating things and can't imagine doing anything else.
